Baseball Recap: S & S Consolidated Comes Up Short

S & S Consolidated lost against Howe back in April of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams fell 7-2 to the Bulldogs. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

S & S Consolidated saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nik Roseberry, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. Major Milam also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

S & S Consolidated's record now sits at 6-15. As for Howe, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-15.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat S & S Consolidated by a score of 10-0 later that day.
