Baseball Recap: Johnson Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Johnson can now relate to. They came up short against the Lake Travis Cavaliers on Saturday, falling 12-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Jaguars have suffered since May 1, 2025.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Lake Travis, they are on a roll lately: they've won 19 of their last 21 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-11-1 record this season.

Johnson has already played their next contest, a 10-6 defeat against Lake Travis on the 9th. The Cavaliers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
