Baseball Recap: Capital Comes Up Short

Capital managed to slip by Peninsula the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cougars came up short against the Seahawks on Tuesday, falling 20-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since March 21st.

Capital's loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Peninsula, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

While Capital had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
