Basketball Recap: Navarro Takes a Loss

Navarro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 54-29 to the Gloria Deo Academy Lions.

Navarro's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Gloria Deo Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Looking ahead, Navarro will head out on the road to face off against Floresville at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will be up against the Tigers/Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 53.24 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Gloria Deo Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
