Volleyball Recap: The Daniel Academy Comes Up Short

The Daniel Academy lost against Plaza Heights Christian Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Daniel Academy fell 2-0 to Plaza Heights Christian Academy. The Daniel Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Plaza Heights Christian Academy was led to victory by Viviana McKay and Halle Korth. McKay had seven aces and four assists, while Korth had five kills, four aces, and three digs. That's the most aces Korth has posted since back in September.

The Daniel Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Plaza Heights Christian Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-9-1.

The Daniel Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plaza Heights Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Center Place on the 24th.
