Baseball Game Preview: Bayshore Bruins vs. Southeast Seminoles

Bayshore is 2-8 against Southeast since April of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Bayshore Bruins will welcome the Southeast Seminoles at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

After dropping their season opener at home, Southeast is headed out to face a Bruins squad ready to give their home crowd a win. Bayshore lost 28-3 to Parrish Community on Monday.

Bayshore saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Greene, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Meanwhile, Southeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Spoto, falling 16-0.

Bayshore took their win against Southeast in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-7. Does Bayshore have another victory up their sleeve, or will Southeast turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
