Westminster and Blessed Trinity squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Westminster had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Titans. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Westminster took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-13.

Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 34-10. As for Blessed Trinity, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 33-10.

Looking ahead, Westminster will square off against Locust Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Blessed Trinity has already played their next match (against Eagle's Landing), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
