Basketball Recap: Walden Grove Piles Up the Points Against Catalina

Walden Grove put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Catalina Trojans 55-16. The Red Wolves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Trojans, too.

Walden Grove's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Malachi KutiGeorge, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mitchel Collins, who scored nine points.

Walden Grove's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Catalina, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Walden Grove will take on Poston Butte at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Catalina has already played their next matchup (against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
