Volleyball Recap: Southwick Regional Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Southwick Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ware Indians. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Southwick Regional wouldn't go down easily and took Ware into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-13, 17-25, 25-17, 15-11.

Gabriela Victor paced Southwick Regional's offense, picking up 11 kills. Victor got some help from Taylor Dulchinos and her seven assists. Kaileigh Savva controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Southwick Regional's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Ware, their victory ended a ten-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-10.
