Tompkins is 5-0 against Jordan since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Tompkins Falcons will venture away from home to square off against the Jordan Warriors at 7:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Tompkins lost to Katy Taylor on the road by a 77-63 margin.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jordan, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They snuck past Paetow with a 48-44 win on Friday. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 266th, while the Panthers are ranked 543rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jordan has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.4 points per game. As for Tompkins, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 15-11 record this season.

Tompkins was able to grind out a solid victory over Jordan when the teams last played back in November of 2024, winning 56-47. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tompkins since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
