Volleyball Recap: Greenbrier Panthers vs. Paragould Rams

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Greenbrier had no problem doing just that on Monday. They put the hurt on the Paragould Rams with a sharp 3-0 victory. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2019.

Tristyn Moseley paced Greenbrier's offense, picking up 19 kills. Moseley got some help from Lily Parker and her 31 assists.

Despite the loss, Paragould still got an impressive performance from Naomi Lokeijak, who had six digs and two aces.

Greenbrier has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-12 record this season. As for Paragould, they moved to 18-15-1 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Greenbrier wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Shiloh Christian on the 28th. Paragould does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
