Screven County is still undefeated this season after their game against Emanuel County Institute on Friday, but Emanuel County Institute came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Gamecocks came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 22-21 W against the Bulldogs. For the Gamecocks, this counts as revenge for the 35-14 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

Demarko Ward produced another solid effort rushing for 124 yards and three scores.

Screven County's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Emanuel County Institute, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3.

As of now, neither Screven County nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
