Lake-Lehman came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Wyoming Valley West Spartans. It was an even better day for Kinley Purdy as she scored four goals for her team.

Lake-Lehman's win bumped their record up to 12-1-1. As for Wyoming Valley West, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10-2.

Looking ahead, Lake-Lehman will challenge Wyoming Area at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wyoming Area's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Lake-Lehman's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Wyoming Valley West, they will face off against Hazleton Area at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
