Basketball Recap: Ray Comes Up Short

Ray lost against Powers Lake/Burke Central back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The game between the Ray Ray Jays and Powers Lake/Burke Central didn't end well, with the Ray Ray Jays falling 47-32.

Ray's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Powers Lake/Burke Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ray will host Trenton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Powers Lake/Burke Central, they will welcome Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
