Bath had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the Wayne Trace Raiders get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 5-4 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Bath got a great performance from Braylon Leach as he didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. Leach has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Bath saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Daniel Cole, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Bath's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Wayne Trace, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Bath will square off against Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wayne Trace, they will venture away from home to face off against Van Wert at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
