Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only South Lakes walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Yorktown Patriots with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Seahawks have posted against the Patriots since October 13, 2015.

South Lakes walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-22, 25-22.

South Lakes moved to 15-4 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Yorktown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-10.

As of now, neither South Lakes nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
