Timothy Christian came tearing into Saturday's contest with six straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Trinity Blazers by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21.

Timothy Christian can attribute much of their success to Kate Vogelzang, who had 11 digs and two aces. What's more, Vogelzang posted four assists, the most she's had over her last five matchups.

Timothy Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Trinity, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
