Metamora has gone a perfect 7-0 against East Peoria recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Redbirds will be playing at home against the Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Metamora's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Friday, Metamora and Rochester finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, East Peoria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Decatur Eisenhower, falling 5-1.

East Peoria's loss dropped their record down to 0-16-1. Metamora's draw makes their record 4-6-3 this season.

Everything went Metamora's way against East Peoria in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Metamora made off with a 7-0 victory. Will the Redbirds repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
