Volleyball Recap: Limon Falls Despite Big Games from Braelyn Malcom and Chloe Stone + How To Watch

Limon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Stratton Eagles, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Badgers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-21, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Limon had strong showings from Chloe Stone, who had 17 digs and two aces, and Braelyn Malcom, who had 20 assists and six digs. Malcom is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

Limon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Stratton, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.

Coming up, Limon will head out on the road to take on Calhan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stratton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Otis on the 10th.
