Flag Football Recap: Alaina Beasley and Troi Brown Pace Bowdon Defense

It may have taken triple overtime to finish the job, but Bowdon ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They secured a 10-6 W over the Troup County Tigers. The Red Devils have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Bowdon didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Alaina Beasley and Troi Brown.

Bowdon now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Troup County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Bowdon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 28-12 win against Greenville on the 3rd. As for Troup County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Manchester at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
