Basketball Game Preview: Tattnall Square Academy Trojans vs. Crawford County Eagles

The Tattnall Square Academy Trojans are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Crawford County Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Tattnall Square Academy will face Crawford County after dropping another heartbreaker against George Walton Academy on Tuesday, which marked the second time in a row the team's come within three of beating them. The Trojans fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 55-52. The Trojans have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Crawford County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 55-49 to Jackson.

Crawford County now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Tattnall Square Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Tattnall Square Academy strolled past Crawford County in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 60-44. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
