Volleyball Game Preview: Marty Indian Braves vs. Omaha Nation Chiefs

Marty Indian is 2-8 against Omaha Nation since October of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Braves will venture away from home to face off against the Chiefs.

Marty Indian is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since September 23rd on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Irene/Wakonda.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-12.

Omaha Nation not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Flandreau Indian as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won eight in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-20, 25-15.

Omaha Nation's victory bumped their record up to 21-5. As for Marty Indian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-19.

Marty Indian came up short against Omaha Nation in their previous matchup on Saturday, falling 2-0. Can the Braves avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
