Volleyball Recap: Berkley Takes a Loss

After flying high against Oak Park on Wednesday, Berkley came back down to earth. The Bears came up short against the Seaholm/Groves Maples on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bears have struggled against the Maples recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Berkley's defeat dropped their record down to 12-21-3. As for Seaholm/Groves, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-14-4 record this season.

Berkley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seaholm/Groves, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
