Soccer Recap: The Colony Takes a Loss

The Colony lost against South Garland back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. 2025 welcomed The Colony Cougars with a 6-1 loss courtesy of the South Garland Titans. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Cougars were already down 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Yovani Reyes, which was the first he's scored this season.

The Colony now has a losing record at 1-2. As for South Garland, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

The Colony didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against Tascosa on the 3rd. As for South Garland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Bowie on the 3rd.
