Softball Recap: Southwest DeKalb Comes Up Short

Southwest DeKalb and Central squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Southwest DeKalb had to settle for second. They lost 15-0 to the Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 on Monday.

Southwest DeKalb's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Southwest DeKalb nor Central have any future games scheduled.
