Soccer Recap: Carter-Riverside Takes a Loss

Carter-Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Benbrook Bobcats. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 758th, while the Bobcats are ranked 324th).

Carter-Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Benbrook, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-3-1.

Carter-Riverside has already played their next game (against Young Women's Leadership Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Benbrook, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Dunbar on the 14th.
