Soccer Game Preview: Uniontown vs. Greater Latrobe + How To Watch

The Uniontown Red Raiders will head out to face off against the Greater Latrobe Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Uniontown came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to Penn-Trafford. Uniontown haven't had much luck with Penn-Trafford recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Greater Latrobe didn't have quite enough to beat West Mifflin on Tuesday and fell 4-3. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Greater Latrobe came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 189th, while West Mifflin are ranked 385th).

Uniontown's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Greater Latrobe, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Uniontown suffered a grim 12-1 defeat to Greater Latrobe in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Red Raiders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
