Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bernie). They took down the Greenville Bears 85-67 on Thursday. Given the Mules' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 133rd, while the Bears are ranked 344th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bernie pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points over those games. As for Greenville, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Bernie has already played their next matchup (against Campbell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Greenville, they will face off against Ellington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
