Basketball Recap: Evans' Win Ends Ten-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Anacoco, Evans was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They breezed past the Leesville Wampus Cats to the tune of 69-28. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their four-point performance the contest before.

Evans' victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4.

Evans and Leesville will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Eagles see the court they'll take on Pickering at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Leesville, their break will end when they face Oakdale at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
