Basketball Game Preview: Fairfield Tigers vs. Fultondale Wildcats

The Fairfield Tigers will take on the Fultondale Wildcats in a tournament on Monday. Fairfield has given up an average of 57 points per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Fairfield lost to Bob Jones on the road by a 67-51 margin.

Meanwhile, Fultondale put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jackson-Olin 84-34. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Fairfield now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Fultondale, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Fairfield took a serious blow against Fultondale in their previous meeting back in November of 2020, falling 75-45. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
