Woodville-Tompkins won the last time they faced Glynn Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolverines narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Terrors 57-54.

Glynn Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ahmad McIntosh, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 17 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Trevion Bryant, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 20 points.

The win got Woodville-Tompkins back to even at 2-2. As for Glynn Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Woodville-Tompkins will take on Liberty County at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Glynn Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 78-44 defeat against Camden County on the 22nd.
