Softball Recap: Bishop Hartley Hawks vs. London Red Raiders

Bishop Hartley had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the London Red Raiders. Bishop Hartley was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as London apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Cassidy Smith and Morgan Bailey did some serious damage despite the final result: Smith scored a run while going 2-for-3, while Bailey scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie Thomas, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
