Soccer Recap: Branson Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Branson was not quite Capital City's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 3-2. Branson have struggled against Capital City recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Branson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Capital City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.

Coming up, Branson will take on Jefferson City at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Capital City, they will welcome Rock Bridge at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
