In Saturday's Canine Competition, Manawa came out on top. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the New London Bulldogs on Saturday. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Seeger Alayna paced Manawa's offense, picking up six kills. Alayna got some help from Krueger Katelyn and her nine assists. Elmhorst Abby controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Manawa's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for New London, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Manawa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Goodman-Pembine on the 13th. As for New London, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Shiocton on the 13th.
