Soccer Recap: Mt. Shasta Comes Up Short

Mt. Shasta managed to keep up with Tulelake until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bears came up short against the Honkers, falling 6-0. Mt. Shasta haven't had much luck with Tulelake recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Mt. Shasta's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tulelake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mt. Shasta is set to face off against their familiar foe Trinity at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Tulelake will take on rival Butte Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
