Basketball Game Preview: Newton Rams vs. Douglass Astros + How To Watch

The Newton Rams are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Douglass Astros at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Newton will be strutting in after a victory while Douglass will be coming in after a loss.

Last Saturday, Newton was able to grind out a solid win over Paideia, taking the game 63-54.

Meanwhile, Douglass didn't have quite enough to beat Mays on Saturday and fell 73-70.

Douglass' defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2. As for Newton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
