After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Muskegon Catholic Central brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past the Oakland Christian Lancers 55-18 on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Crusaders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Muskegon Catholic Central's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Oakland Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Muskegon Catholic Central will head out to take on Buchanan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oakland Christian, they will take on Our Lady of the Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lakers' defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so the Lancers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
