Volleyball Game Preview: Bishop Lynch Friars vs. Legacy Christian Academy Eagles

The Bishop Lynch Friars will challenge the Legacy Christian Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Bishop Lynch is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Prestonwood Christian just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 23-25, 25-19, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Legacy Christian Academy came up short against Prestonwood Christian on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 23-25, 25-16.

Bishop Lynch's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Legacy Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 12-3.

Bishop Lynch was able to grind out a solid win over Legacy Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Friars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
