Volleyball Recap: Zeigler-Royalton Comes Up Short

Zeigler-Royalton lost against Trico back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tornadoes fell 2-0 to the Pioneers. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-11.

Greta Jones had a dynamite game For Trico., getting 21 digs. Jones is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 20 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Zeigler-Royalton's defeat dropped their record down to 15-19. As for Trico, they are on a roll lately: they've won 19 of their last 20 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Zeigler-Royalton nor Trico have any future games scheduled.
