Football Recap: Timothy Huynh's Menacing Defense Leads Bayard Rustin over Henderson

Bayard Rustin had won two straight home games and Jimmy Boland did his part to make it three on Friday. The Golden Knights breezed past the Henderson Warriors to the tune of 36-0 with plenty of help from Boland, who rushed for 239 yards and three scores on only 11 carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.

The team also got some help courtesy of Will Garner, who rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making one tackle.

Bayard Rustin's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Leading the way was Timothy Huynh with two sacks.

Bayard Rustin's record is now 8-2. As for Henderson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Bayard Rustin nor Henderson have any future games scheduled.
