Basketball Recap: George West Longhorns vs. West Oso Bears
George West played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the West Oso Bears 77-31. The Longhorns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-13.
Leading West Oso to victory were Malaigha Sweats and Jae'La Hicks. SweatS dropped a double-double on 22 points and 16 boards, while Hicks went 7 of 13 on her way to 18 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
