Soccer Game Preview: Carter-Riverside vs. Young Women's Leadership Academy

The Carter-Riverside Eagles are taking a road trip to square off against the Young Women's Leadership Academy Lady Owls at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Young Women's Leadership Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to Southwest.

Carter-Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Young Women's Leadership Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

Carter-Riverside took their win against Young Women's Leadership Academy when the teams last played back in February by a conclusive 5-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Carter-Riverside since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
