Soccer Recap: South Dearborn Takes a Loss

South Dearborn managed to slip by Trinity Lutheran the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Knights lost 3-0 to the Cougars on Saturday. South Dearborn were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Trinity Lutheran apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

South Dearborn dropped their record down to 5-9-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Trinity Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Dearborn will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Switzerland County at 7:15 p.m. on October 2. As for Trinity Lutheran, they will challenge Brown County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
