Rancho Christian waltzed into their match on Thursday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Great Oak Wolfpack. The Eagles not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since October 10, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Rancho Christian's got stronger as the match went on, holding Great Oak to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-16, 25-5.

Janiah Burrage paced Rancho Christian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Burrage got some help from Celeste Kemle and her 20 assists. Kemle also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mackenzie Duguid, racking up four apiece.

Rancho Christian's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Great Oak, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Rancho Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Beckman on the 5th. As for Great Oak, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Shadow Hills on the 9th.
