Round Rock had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 25-point drubbing they dealt Royse City on Thursday. The Dragons blew past the Bulldogs 78-53. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Round Rock's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. As for Royse City, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.

Coming up, Round Rock won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tyler at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
