Boone is 8-2 against East River since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Boone Braves will host the East River Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Monday, Boone was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 47-41 to Lake Brantley. The defeat continues a trend for the Braves in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost seven in a row.

The match pitted two dominant forwards against one another in Connor Summer and Dean Adkins. Adkins had a solid game and went 5 of 11 on his way to 13 points and seven rebounds. Meanwhile, Summer was balling out in the loss, putting up 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Meanwhile, East River's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Monday. They fell 46-38 to Oviedo. The contest marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, East River fell to 6-1. As for Boone, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Boone didn't have too much breathing room in their match against East River in their previous matchup back in February, but they still walked away with a 59-55 win. Will Boone repeat their success, or does East River have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
