While Weldon Valley's win against Peetz wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors skirted past the Bulldogs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since September 5th.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Weldon Valley who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 17-25, 25-19, 23-25, 16-14.

Haylee Nelson paced Weldon Valley's offense, picking up 18 kills. Nelson got some help from Skylar Scott and her 43 assists. Gracie Eiring controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Weldon Valley pushed their record up to 6-13 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Peetz, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
