Volleyball Recap: Owen Hubner and Trey Hubner Secure Win for Wheaton North

Wheaton North saw some tournament action on Friday. They came out on top against the Edwardsville Tigers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Leading Wheaton North to victory were Trey Hubner and Owen Hubner. Trey had 17 assists and four aces, while Owen had six assists. Trey has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more assists the last three times he's played.

Wheaton North's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Edwardsville, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coincidentally, Wheaton North and Edwardsville will both be playing Evergreen Park the next time they take the court. Edwardsville will head out to face Evergreen Park at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, while Wheaton North will head out to face them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
