Brighton had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They took down the Mountain View Mountain Lions 62-46. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on four straight dating back to last season.

Aiden Wanrow had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was John Beauprez, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 14 points and eight boards.

Despite the loss, Mountain View still got an impressive performance from Cole Tonniges, who shot 53% from the field en route to 19 points and eight rebounds. Keizo Baxter was another key player, putting up ten points and five boards.

Brighton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 63-58 victory against Evergreen on the 5th. As for Mountain View, they have also already played their next contest, a 54-52 loss against Greeley West on the 5th.
