Volleyball Recap: Richmond Heights Takes a Loss

Richmond Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 29th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Trinity Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Monday.

While Richmond Heights was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-23.

Richmond Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Trinity, their win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Richmond Heights will challenge Cornerstone Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity, they will take on Beachwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
